Fit4Baby

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. Each 60 minute workout includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy.

This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group, a private. chat, and a weekly journal to document your fitness journey. Now included with FIT4BABY will be 2 prenatal yoga workouts taught by Emily Mulqueen of My Mama Body in addition to the 6 FIT4BABY classes. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. FIT4BABY can be started at any point your pregnancy. FIT4BABY is a program that welcomes #allthemoms. FIT4BABY is a place where everyone, regardless of stage or ability, can feel welcome. All FIT4BABY classes are safe and appropriate for any trimester of pregnancy. Classes follow all ACOG guidelines and FIT4MOM recommendations for exercise selection, sequencing, and delivery.

Prenatal yoga classes are not sold separately. At this time, missed prenatal yoga classes are not able to be made up.



FIT4BABY can safely be started during any trimester and you can join the session at any time.
