Terms and conditions for Maternity Leave Membership

Valid for 6 weeks only. Will not renew. No holds allowed. Cannot be extended beyond the length of the plan. Unused classes or weeks do not roll over and cannot be saved. Limited to one maternity leave membership every 11 months. Mama should be no more than 6 months postpartum to purchase and around 6 weeks postpartum to start.
